DESCRIPTION: You are invited to participate in a research study on the experiences of lymphedema patients in the health care arena. Do you have lymphedema? – if so, you will be asked to complete a simple questionnaire. Participation in this research is voluntary, and you are free to withdraw your consent at any time.
TIME INVOLVEMENT: Your participation will take approximately 3 minutes.
PAYMENTS: You will not receive payment for your participation.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY: Your individual privacy will be maintained during the research and in all published and written data resulting from the study. The study is entirely anonymous; no identifying data will be collected or maintained.
