Course Reserves Request Form
Use this form to reserve reading materials for courses.
Once the materials are available, lists of all reserve material appear in Lane Medical Library Course Reserves.
Submit your list to the library as soon as possible so we can process your reserve material by the beginning of the quarter. Provide as much information as possible about each item so we can place the correct item on reserve.
If more than one copy is needed, a professor/an instructor may place their personal copy/copies on course reserve.
